Question by bill: bankruptcy withdrawing money at a casino from checking?
I am filing chapter 7 bankruptcy in one month i was at the casino the other day and took out 4 five hundred dollar withdrawls and lost the money. Will this affect my bankruptcy

Probably – they will ask you to produce your bank statements to ensure that you have not made any frivolous purchases. I don’t think the court will look kindly on a trip to a casino.
