they say you can get Casino night zone if you pre order the game…

but I won’t have enough money to pre order it. Can you buy it later or is it limited?

you must pre order it before the release (so before November)
p.s. Why Gamestop doesn’t sell the Collector’s Edition? D: (I’m from Italy and buying it from UK is too expensive for me)
