PokerStars. Its the worlds largest site. It offers the most player points, the largest tournaments, and the cheapest fees. They also have easier deposit and withdrawal methods. I've played poker professionally for over 3 years and tested out a lot of sites. PokerStars is where you want to go. Even during certain withdrawal problems, PokerStars performed much better with support and processing than the other sites. And if you can do me a favor, use "Male_Fantasy" as your referral if you decide to open an account =).

You can check http://poker-lobby.com for more info on these sites. Poker Stars is the world's largest poker site and Full Tilt is the second largest. Each have their little quirks that some prefer over the other, but I like them both.

I'm not sure if you mean the best poker software in terms of an external program or the poker site with the best software. I assume it's the latter and you need to keep in mind that the software here is a very small consideration in selecting a site. Newbies in particular pay attention to this where more experienced players are more concerned with things like how easy it is to win at a particular site.
