well, its all BS. Ill tell you why. Everytime you win and try to cash out they always have some reason why it wont work. They want you to keep your money on the site because they know you will spend it. Just my experience. Full Tilt is the absolute worse about this.

Hello, the best site for USA citizens and for all players in the world is fulltilt poker. It is one of the sites with over 500 000 players and accepting americans. You can find a full review of the site at http://www.bettingwise.hit.bg/FulltiltPoker.html
It is legal to play, but you cant deposit with debit or credit card. Your deposit options are all access visa gift card or Echeck.

I have played on Full Tilt, Poker Stars, Absolute Poker, Cake Poker, and Pokerroom (when they allowed US players). My favorite site by far is Full Tilt. I have never had problems cashing out either and I have done it several times (you do have to verify your identity the first time though). The most common way that people put money on is with pre paid Visa cards. My roommate was able to put money on with his debit card, but I was unable to. Full Tilt also offers a 100% sign up bonus (up to $600), just use the referral code SIGNUPMONEY send me an email if you have any more questions

No Utah does not have any laws at present pertaining to internet gambling. As for the best site well this depends on how high a level you want. For the highest levels then sites like Poker Stars and Full Tilt are hard to beat especially if you`re limited to where you can play as an American. For mid or low stakes you might want to check out smaller sites which generally have lower caliber competition and thus provide easier and more profit. A good one which also offers sports betting and casino from the same account is Players Only (http://affiliates.commissionaccount.com/processing/clickthrgh.asp?btag=a_7229b_2

Yes it is completely legal for you to play online poker. The top two sites are Pokerstars and Fulltilt. I recommend Pokerstars because it has more players and that means more bad players. Make sure before signing up you look into the best sign up bonuses, each site will give you extra money for registering an account with them. You can find a complete list of online poker sites that accept U.S. players along with the bonus codes they offer at http://www.bonusbeast.com
Hope this helps!!

I would look at the list below in the source and choose from that. All sites on that list tat have the American Flag allow USA players. It is not illegal in Utah to play online poker, it is illegal for banks to process poker site's banking transaction.
