Well, here’s the thing, even the government doesn’t know if it’s legal or not. Any law on the books that the DOJ would attempt to use to prosecute anybody for gambling online would be a far stretch, and an utter waste of taxpayer money! Online gambling has been around for years, and there has still yet to be one player that has been prosecuted. You are more likely to be arrested for jay walking!

as far as i know its legal to play illegal to run one
In short you wouldnt have problems to gamble online. A lot of people are doing it(millions). Noone has had problems with it, you might face problems depositing and etc, but that can easily be solved with prepaid cards.
