Micro limit Pokerstars tournys pay out up to about top 20% they also have the most guaranteed and most variety of tournys. The One tourny they are missing though is the always fun Bounty tournys.

They also have the most per tournie. Sunday $200 000 guaranteed prize pool. ( $10+1 buyin 25 000 max players. and they usually sellout.) They also have the best software.

Well no site takes Mexican debit cards but you can set up an online wallet where you can move money back and forth. Also not being from the U.S. you should be looking at other sites as well as these 2 are probably the toughest to win at.

Poker bonuses are almost all based upon a percentage of your deposit which becomes freed up as you play. In essence what happens here is that you get your rake back over a certain period of time. Poker sites aren`t in the habit of charity though and that`s why they just don`t give you money for free. The idea here is that they will forego making anything on you for awhile, then after you`ve freed up all the bonus, then the hope is that you`ll stick around and then they will make money off you.

PayPal did away with gambling years ago. There`s still a site here and there which gets around this but I wouldn`t bother with it. There are many other deposit options though which differ by site and country of residence and you can get all the details at the particular site.

In addition there`s no current Florida law specifically prohibiting online gambling. As it is now it wouldn`t really matter if there were. No one can monitor your internet activity without a court order and none have been issued anywhere in the U.S. for this although if you solicit for child porn or are a terrorist or other serious issues then that`s different. American authorities have enough to do without having the time or resources to monitor the millions of folks who gamble online even if there were laws against it.

Well by design tournaments pay out on average around 10%. All the money is paid out though other than the tournament fees. If you're looking for higher payouts and thus finishing in the money more often then try sit and go's.

most any freeroll I have seen on fulltilt has 2700+ people playing with the top 300+ places paid.

I would look at the list below in the source and choose from that. All sites on that list tat have the American Flag allow USA players. It is not illegal in Utah to play online poker, it is illegal for banks to process poker site's banking transaction.

Im looking for a high percentage of payouts for tournaments, most places pay out top 10% or so. Also, i like playing in tourneys that guarantee a certain amount. Any thoughts?
Also, i like alot of people to be playing, tourneys with multi hundred even thousands of players

There are different poker rooms to play at for different reasons. If you want easy competition play at bodog, if you want the biggest site go to partypoker. As you are saying you want to play for free you are probably looking for free poker money / no deposit bonuses. These bonuses doesn't require you to deposit any of your own money.

A poker site can claim they accept Paypal all day long. However, it is Paypal policy not to deal with online gambling sites. Poker Stars has the lowest minimum deposit at $10 for most methods. There is no real way to enforce any state online gambling laws, no matter which state you live in. Current federal laws, which targets banks, not players, is under heavy pressure for repeal. Hope this helps.
