Question by Sciurus Reprobatia: How does conservative opposition to online gambling fit in with that whole “personal responsibility” thing?

Reagan: Search Google news and you’ll find mostly religious right type groups opposing Barney Frank’s bill to legalize online gambling.

And if you just look at voting records, you see Republicans voting for the 2006 law that banned Internet gambling.

It doesn’t but it is also opposed by some on the left.

Let’s say I’m at Vegas and I spent about $ 20,000 at a poker table and about a couple thousand more with slots..(Losses only). Would the casino pay you any kind of reparations or give you some kind of benefit or service for the rest of your stay?
This is at Wynn and Bellagio.
Oh, also I did a little searching and it looks like they comp a “High Roller’s Suite” for you at every hotel. Is that true?

Some casinos, however, may identify you as a gambler with a problem and refuse you entrance in the future.

All for money. They could care less about Michael Jackson. If they thought they could make money by allowing people to come in and shoot kittens, they would do it. Casinos only care about money.
